Being Kintsugi - why we are all broken people, and why it's ok
Some thoughts I've had for a while on how we pretend we're not as human as we are, how we hide trauma or experiences, and why we shouldn't. The concept and philosophy of Kintsugi is lovely and important to understand for personal and business growth and understanding. I know many people who have come to a realisation that things are not as they expect deep within, and have struggled to match it up to their lives and the expectations given to them by our world. We are not what has happened to us - but those experiences are part of who we are. We can all be Kintsugi. www.involvemetraining.com/blog Tweet @christopbramley LinkedIn /christopherbramley/ Thumbnail image courtesy / @piximperfect
