Exploring the quiet seaside town of Baška Voda on the beautiful Makarska Riviera in Croatia. Baška Voda isn’t one of those places you constantly see on social media. It’s quieter, slower, and easy to pass by if you’re rushing along the Croatian coast. But sometimes the smaller stops are the ones that stay with you the most. For me, this visit was personal. I first came here nearly 30 years ago, and this time we were only passing through for a few hours on our way further south. Walking the seaside promenade again, seeing the mountains rising straight from the Adriatic Sea, and standing on the same beach brought back more memories than I expected. In this video we spend a relaxed morning exploring Baška Voda — walking along the harbour, visiting the beach, passing the small church near the center, and enjoying simple moments like ice cream by the sea. No rush, no big plans. Just taking in the atmosphere of a coastal town that has kept its charm.
