When learning to wingfoil, we start directly on the JP EZEE wingfoil board. Your first change of direction is the tack. This takes you upwind, allows you to gain height, and brings you back to your starting point smoothly. The most important steps: ✅ Lower the wing ✅ Place your front hand on the leading edge ✅ Control the wing towards the tail ✅ Your toes follow the strut – your body will automatically turn in the new direction. Practice the movement slowly and with control.
