Bonus: A table with calculated dopamine infusion rates for patients weighing 30 to 160 kg, with a dosage range of 5 to 15 mcg/kg/minute, is somewhere in the video ;) Feedback: [email protected] Emergency care for cardiogenic shock and calculating sympathomimetic doses for intravenous drip or infusion through a perfusor:    • Кардиогенный шок. Часть вторая   Sequence of steps for using a perfusor: • Take a 20 ml syringe and draw up the required amount of active ingredient. • Draw up saline solution into the syringe to bring the total volume to 20 ml. • Attach the extension line to the syringe and, by pressing the plunger, fill it with the infusion solution. • Turn on the infusion pump and attach the syringe. • Attach the other end of the infusion line to the peripheral catheter. • Press the "F" button and enter the desired infusion rate using the numeric keypad (max 100 ml). • Press the "START-STOP" button. If the infusion line is not filled with solution and the syringe is already attached to the infusion pump: • Press the "F" button and enter the desired infusion rate using the numeric keypad (max 100 ml). • Press the "F" button and the "1" button to select the bolus rate. • Enter the maximum rate of 500 ml/hour and confirm with the "F" button. • Press "F" and the "1" button again to confirm that the bolus rate has been entered and is 500 ml/hour. • Press and hold the "1" button until the line is completely filled with solution. • Attach the other end of the infusion line to the peripheral catheter. • Press the "START-STOP" button If you need to change the infusion rate: • Press the "START-STOP" button • Press the "C" button • Enter the new infusion rate • Press the "START-STOP" button again
