Best DIY Laparoscopic Training Box - Cheap and Simple

Hi everyone! Laparoscopic trainers can be very expensive, but you can make one at home to save money and practice more conveniently. Without the intracorporeal suturing elements (needle driver, maryland, suture pad), this box can cost you around $150. The clear box also allows you to see what you are doing before moving on to exclusively using the camera. The several holes can change the angles of the graspers for more realistic (more difficult) views. One downside is that you can't practice moving the camera, but this isn't the focus of most training boxes.
