Yin Yoga for Arms, Shoulders and Upper Back

This exercise stretches and releases tension in the arms, shoulders, and upper back. Each movement should be performed for 3 to 5 minutes to fully open up blockages in the connective tissue (fascia) in each body part being trained. Perform each movement at your own pace. If it feels too intense, feel free to come out of the pose and return to it when ready. Focus on your breath to help. Happy practicing...
