One more amazing video from our beloved Prince Rama Varma where he illustrates the specialities, the dos and the don'ts of the brilliant Thillana in Raga Kadanakuthoohalam by Dr.Mangalampalli Balamuralikrishna, spontaneously giving extremely useful additional tips about Gamakams and a stunning virtuoso display which I have heard once in a concert, but could never get a video of. It had the entire audience on their feet instantly, shouting, whistling and clapping with delight! Apart from the wealth of knowledge and extremely useful insights and tips that Varma ji shares so selflessly with all of us, I feel so grateful for all the smiles and laughter and kindness and beautiful music and memories that Varma ji has gifted many of us with.
