Important Update on the Supreme Court PIL Our legal team is actively working on the Supreme Court PIL regarding the FMGE examination. Further updates will be shared soon. I also want to raise serious concerns regarding the misleading success claims made by some coaching institutes. I publicly urge every coaching institute to publish both the student's FMGE Roll Number and the institute's Enrollment/Registration Number while claiming any result. Transparency is the only way to verify these success claims and maintain students' trust. Secondly, if a coaching institute's own enrolled students fail the FMGE, I believe those students deserve proper academic support. Coaching institutes should seriously consider providing free repeat coaching or remedial support to such students instead of only advertising toppers. If any coaching institute continues to make misleading or unverifiable claims, or if there is evidence of unfair trade practices, I am prepared to explore all appropriate legal remedies available under the law.
