Melbourne to the Philippines (Long Flights & Taxi Struggles)

Date - 15th March, 2026 It's time to trade the Melbourne WFH desk for the hustle and bustle of Manila! 🇵🇭💼 Woke up super early, grabbed an Uber, and headed to Melbourne Airport to kick off this massive work trip. It was a long day of transit—flew up to Brisbane first, had some mandatory airport beers to pass the time 🍻, and then finally jumped on the long flight over to the Philippines. Landing in Manila is always an experience, but the airport was absolutely packed this time around. I was stuck waiting outside for 30 minutes just trying to book a Grab taxi! 🚕😫 I finally managed to secure one, navigated the crazy Manila traffic, and checked into the hotel to officially crash.
