Crisis resource management in anaesthesia - Supercharge your crisis management with this framework!
Crisis Resource Management or CRM is a relatively new area in medicine. BUT quite old in other areas such as aviation. In this video I outline the facets of CRM described by Rall and Gaba in 2005 but try to make it practical and easy to apply. I think this is the MOST IMPORTANT part of my anaesthesia practice when dealing with patient survival and decreasing morbidly and mortality in serious events!
