January is always a tough budgeting month, and this year is no different. With my emergency fund in mind and only £20 left until payday, I’m seeing if I can make that last for 10 days of meals — just £2 a day. This isn’t just a challenge for fun — a lot of us are navigating tight budgets, rising prices and financial uncertainty.
