Tour du Mont Blanc - clockwise in 7 days. June 19 - 25 2020. Part 2

Spur-of-the-moment decision to walk this amazing 200km hike while everything was still quiet! Such a good decision as we were treated to amazing weather and incredible scenery on what is considered one of the world's best hikes all to ourselves! It was early starting in June, but we live at altitude and are used to snow. We certainly encountered snow, as you will see, but it was not so bad. Overall, we walked 208km, climbed and descended 10430m in 7 days. We started the loop in Tre-le-Champ, just above Argentiere. This video covers the final 4 days. Day 4 took us from above Courmayeur to Col de la Seigne. 31km and 1735m of climbing. Day 5 took us over the Col de la Seigne to the Col du Bonhomme. 26km and 1500m climbing. Day 6 took us down into Les Contamines, then up and over the Col de Voza. 33km and 900m climbing. Day 7 took us down through Les Houches, up the (dreaded) Brevent climb and finally back down to the car parked in Tre-le-Champ, just above Argentiere. 33km and 2020m climbing.
