Carter AVS Rebuild 2021 01 17

Here my son and I rebuild my Carter AVS carbureter that has been on my 1968 Chrysler Newport for the last few decades. It was desperate for a cleaning and rebuild, but we found a much more profound flaw in the carb, such that I wish I had done this in 1990 instead of now. We decided to videotape the rebuild, since we could find no Youtube video of an AVS rebuild on line. Somebody may find it useful. I know this isn't a Dinky toy detailing, as my channel would suggest, but it is car related. That's close. Look for my first Dinky video in the coming days. It will be a restoration of a Dinky 955 Fire Engine.
