Moving Men to Sue Him

The plaintiff was hired by the defendant to help with a move. He said the move took 15 hours and he wasn’t fully paid, so he’s suing for the balance owed. The defendant argues the plaintiff only sent three movers instead of four, so that’s not his fault. He thinks he’s being scammed. 27-018
