Day 8 of our Walt Disney World August 2025 vacation is our first full day of Destination D23! We spend the day attending incredible Destination D23 presentations featuring Disney legends, filmmakers, Imagineers, voice actors, and Broadway performers. Along the way we hear from Susan Egan, Jodi Benson, Don Hahn, Lesley Iwerks, Becky Cline from the Walt Disney Archives, Patrick Warburton, and more while learning fascinating stories from Disney's past, present, and future. We also browse exclusive shopping, participate in the Pin RSP pickup, check out more Destination D23 merchandise, and spend time exploring everything happening around the convention. After the convention, we head to Disney's Typhoon Lagoon to experience the limited-time Kuzcotopia event inspired by *The Emperor's New Groove*, relax in the wave pool, and enjoy a fun evening at one of Walt Disney World's water parks.
