I went to two different Michelin star restaurants from expensive to the cheapest. I tried Hill Street pork noodles before the last time I was in Singapore, but I went back again to give a full review on it, and I think the dried noodles would be the best dish there. But I had some amazing dishes at Burnt Ends and Shisen Hanten. Those places are a bit expensive but definitely worth the money!
