How to Fillet cod

In this video, How to Fillet cod, I show step by step, how I personally fillet, debone and skin the fish. I am not a professional, nor am I a fishmonger but, if you follow this video and take your time, you will be just fine. You will have fresh prime cod fillets for yourself, your family and/or friends. There is two follow up videos to this. The first one being, home made battered fish, with chips and mushy peas. The Second video is breaded fishfingers with chip buttys. Both are amazing meals. Its a very traditional British dish. Prime British cod caught locally on squid and black lug bait. Another added bonus being, I even pumped the lug myself on my first attempt.
