Ford C6 Transmission-Replacing shifter shaft seals

Ive never attempted anything like this so I'm a little nervous but confident I can figure it out! To get to the seals we will need to drop the transmission pan, drain all the fluid out and remove the valve body. I ordered the replacement seals off of eBay for about 10$. The main seal for the transmission is a press fit into the casing and the outer seal is a little rubber O-ring on the outside for the kick down linkage arm.
