The 2015 National Educational Census Evaluation of Peru indicates that only 15% of students nationwide have a good reading comprehension rate in the second year of secondary school. Alberto de Cárdenas set out to change this reality. In this talk, Alberto explores what we can do to ensure that young people's talent is not wasted and that future leaders can reach their full potential. Alberto de Cárdenas is the founder of Perú Champs, an NGO dedicated to cultivating talent in Peruvian children.
