Earl Slick on Maggioreonbowie.com
Earl Slick is one of the most accomplished guitarists in the history of rock music. He’s recorded or toured with John Lennon, Yoko Ono, Ian Hunter, Tim Curry and many others, and has released multiple solo albums but is perhaps best known for his work with David Bowie, including multiple tours starting with the Diamond Dog Tour in 1974, with such albums to his credit as Station to Station, Young Americans, Heathen, Reality, the Next Day and multiple live albums. Earl has recently released a memoir— "Guitar"— I read it, it’s great, and he recently rereleased a remix of his 2003 song, “Isn’t it Evening,” featuring Bowie on vocals off his album Zig Zag.
