Lionville Station Road: Natatorium Discussion with PhilAquatics

On June 16, 2026, PhilAquatics held a Public Information Meeting on the natatorium proposed in the Planned Residential Development plan for the Lionville Station Road property. The applicant of record for this proposed project is Rockwell Downingtown, LLC. Isaac Sports Group and representatives from PhilAquatics presented on the natatorium, the proposed facilities and operations, and speak to community benefits and community impacts. Following the presentation, there was a Q + A session, where residents were able to ask questions about the proposed facility. No Board of Supervisors action was taken at the meeting – it was for residents to gain a better understanding of what is proposed.
