MK Jeep compass / MK74 Jeep patriot . How to remove ABS pump/ and possibly reflash at home. 2007 to 2017 So we had a Jeep liberty in the shop today and it had all of its Christmas tree of ABS brake lights on. Also In the video I checked the normal suspects, first. There are two places the wires just get corroded and brake on these all the time , so........ I highly recommend you check them first. You can also check your fuses even though they’re generally not bad. So in the video I show you how to remove the ABS module and replace it it could require re-flashing but replacing the module at home will save you a huge expense from replacing it at the repair shop . your brakes should work Normally after you bleed them manually till you can get it to a service shop. Your ABS will not work properly until it is reset you could try The battery cable hard reset procedure that I explained in the video but it does not always work.
