2024 | Vilnius, Lithuania 🇱🇹 In 2024, Vilnius operated more than 140 Škoda 14Tr trolleybuses, making it likely the largest active fleet of this iconic model worldwide (based on available data). In addition to the standard 14Tr vehicles, operations were supplemented by a smaller number of 14TrM units and Škoda 15Tr articulated trolleybuses. Apart from the models mentioned above, Vilnius public transport operates other trolleybus types as well, but they are not the focus of this video. Footage comes from April 2024, when larger numbers of new Škoda 32Tr trolleybuses were still awaiting full entry into service, and from October 2024, when it was already possible to observe a noticeable decline in the number of classic 14Tr vehicles, gradually being replaced by new Škoda-built trolleybuses.
