The court noted that the defendants' actions, which involved advertising and soliciting their activities via the internet through their personal email addresses, in full view of the Arab and European worlds, included an invitation to engage in wife-swapping and group sex, stipulating that their partners be married. The court explained that the defendants did not appreciate God's blessing of marriage, and instead acted like birds of prey, croaking omens of ruin and destruction in this beloved homeland. Driven by lust, they confessed openly and without coercion during the Public Prosecution's investigations, admitting to committing the act three times, a time when even the devils of the jinn are chained, leaving only the devils of humankind.
