Jon runs towards his horse, but falls back as an arrow shoots right in front of him, sticking itself in a tree. Jon gets up again and unsheathes his sword, quickly blocking strikes from the two Night’s Watchmen rushing him. Jon sees the third Night’s Watchman drawing his bow, aiming at his leg. Ghost occupies the third man while Jon engages the man in front of him, knocking his sword to the side, before pushing him into the archer’s path as he fires. The arrow drops the man to his knees. Jon rushes the archer as he nocks another arrow. He knocks the man unconscious with the blunt side of his sword.. Mb what can I change? Very sleep deprived making this lol. Thanks lol. Jon cuts the man in the thigh and he falls over. Jon stands over his night’s watchmen brothers, taking their weapons and telling them not to follow him. He rides hard towards Winterfell, staying off the kingroad to avoid more Night’s Watchmen looking for him. In a tent near Oxcross, Robb looks dumbfoundedly at the letter from the wall informing him of Jon’s desertion. Robb stares at the map in front of Westeros in front of him, his commanders moving the pieces marking Stannis’ army closer towards King’s Landing, his host both Queensmen and Stormlanders after Renly’s death. In the North, Robb looks worriedly towards Winterfell, which was taken by the Ironborn. He hoped that Jon wouldn’t go back there, he had already lost two brothers, he didn’t want to lose another one. Jon crests a hill putting the smoldering ruins of Winterfell. His expression turns to one of horror, as he rides hard towards the castle, fearing for his brothers’ lives. When Jon approaches the Castle, he finds it deserted. He walks through the halls of his old home, looking for signs of his family, but all he’s met with is eerie silence. Jon continues down a dark corridor, Ghost padding along behind him. Towards the great hall, Jon hears distant laughing and men talking. Jon peeks inside, seeing two men drinking together, wearing soldier’s attire. Jon recognises the men’s uniforms as that of Bolton soldiers, but he wonders what Bolton men were doing there. Jon approaches the men silently, using their somewhat drunk state to get as closecloser as possible, before drawing a dagger on one of the men, placing it to two his throat. Jon begins interrogating the men. Jon Snow: What’s going on here? Where is everybody? Bolton man 1: They're gone… Jon Snow: I can see that much, what’s happened to them? Bolton man 1: We drove off the Ironborn invading the Castle, and the Stark men sent to retake it. Jon Snow: Why? What happened to the Lord here, Bran Stark. #gameofthrones #gameofthroneswhatif #whatif
