This year, I am optimizing 3 fundamentals of health.. and here’s how 👇 Most people overcomplicate fitness and bounce between all-in and all-out. I’m doing the opposite in 2026. Simple. Consistent. Aligned. 😴 Sleep Energy. Focus. Recovery. Everything starts here. I protect my nights with boundaries, a consistent bedtime, blue light blockers, and a simple wind-down ritual. 🏋️ Training Strength builds confidence, longevity, and mental toughness. I move every day, lift 3–4x per week, and walk consistently. 🍽 Nutrition Fuel without stress. Repeatable meals, protein awareness, similar breakfasts and lunches, and an 80/20 approach so life stays enjoyable. 🧠✨ Soul Care (Most Important) Prayer. Meditation. Journaling. Stillness. This is the real work… living in alignment, deepening purpose, strengthening relationships, and staying connected to who I’m becoming. Sleep well. Train smart. Eat simply. Stay aligned.
