No Man's Sky 2026 | New Save Fresh Start | Episode 61: Under A Rebel Star! | Swarm 6.4 We are here with a new series for the new year featuring a new save! We're going to get a fresh start in 2026 using the Corvette Expedition save we created in the redux at the end of 2025. This save will focus on progression, trying to max out our suit slots, and get a good multitool. We also want to improve our corvette by acquiring corvette parts and maybe storage augmentation units for more slots. After that we'll continue our exploration of the No Man's Sky universe! We're once again tackling the backlog in our Mission Log, clearing our Secondary Missions. Today we're going to do the Under a Rebel Star mission. We start by heading to a distress beacon, which directs into space towards a derelict freighter where we get ambushed by pirate starships. After beating them and heading to an abandoned observatory, we get a Ticket to Freedom to head to a Pirate Space Station. After talking to the aliens there, we learn about the Voice of Freedom and earn the Shroud of Freedom headpiece. The final part of the mission is to take a Forged Passport to a normal space station and erase our records. This finishes the mission and we spend our final minutes today looking for a place to do our Settlement mission next time.
