Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia - Ice Cream Perfection

After the first version of this went a bit sideways (thanks Fuji), I went about making this again. A fan favourite named after a guitarist, it's no longer available in the UK but is in the US (sorry, I don't know about other locations). It's a Cherry Ice Cream with Cherry pieces and either chocolate chunks (uk) or fudge flecks (US) depending on where you are. What you'll need: 240ml cream (50% fat) 300ml milk (1.8% fat) 80g sugar 60g Cherry concentrate 2tsp Cherry liqueur if wanted 2tbsp Skimmed Milk Powder 50g chopped (70% chocolate) 50g maraschino cherries chopped (use Luxardo but Ben & Jerry's use Bing Cherries) The type of cherries have a big impact on the flavour so you can change the base just by changing the cherry.
