Brickyard Games 2026 WOD 2

This has four parts to the workout. Each person will choose one of the four events. You may only have one person complete a given test. For instance, partner A chooses snatch. Partner B may choose any of the other three options but no snatch. The four tests are: One rep snatch -Bar starts on the floor and finish is OH with arms locked out and standing tall. One rep BB shoulder press -Bar may be racked, press starts at the shoulders and finishes in the OH pressed out position. No legs may be used. Max pull-ups (score will be multiplied by 4) -Pull ups can be strict, kipping, or butterfly. Hands face forward. This is as many as you can do in one try. Once your feet hit the ground you are done with that turn. One TGU each arm (Weight will be multiplied by 2) -Starting position is on the ground with both legs straight and the weight pressed out in one arm. -Finish position is standing tall with the DB OH -You must finish complete the rep with both arms to count the weight. So if you do 55 lbs in the right arm, you must do it in the left for the score of 110. If you don't complete it on the left, you go back to the last finished TGU weight on both arms. The four tests for the masters are: One rep clean -Bar starts on the floor and finish is at the shoulders One rep bench press -CrossFit bench press standards apply Bar hang for maximum seconds -Total seconds held will be added to your total score One TGU total (either arm) -Choose one arm and perform the TGU to completion
