Cosmo Sheldrake in Boulsbury Wood
Cosmo is nothing if not eclectic. He’s lost count of the number of instruments he plays (although he does recall that the list includes the sousaphone, the double bass, the bones and the penny whistle). His episode of the podcast features electronic music made using the calls of threatened bird species and the sounds of deep sea creatures. It also showcases his skill as a beat boxer and Mongolian overtone chanter (a technique learned from his mother) and includes his performance of a Tom Waits song.
