In Quanzhou, the most popular style practiced is Wuzu Quan, or Five Ancestors. This style takes Taizu Quan as its basis, and adds elements of four other styles. In this two part episode, we learn about Wuzu Quan from Master Zhang Xiao Feng. In this series I team up with Jesse Enkamp aka the Karate Nerd to travel to Fujian province, Southwest China.
