Train the Trainer - Essential Tips to Impart Training

Any person aspiring to be a trainer, should have knowledge of the subject, have the right attitude, possess qualities, acquire skills and master the art to train. In any training, simply imparting knowledge is not sufficient, it must achieve the instructional objectives (IO). A trainer must first assess the need and know his/her trainees, their expectations and requirements from training. Trainer should develop and design the training content according to the need and determine how to deliver the same most effectively. There are several methods, techniques and aids to impart training, but one must know what is appropriate to meet the instructional objectives. Thus, to make training a success, Trainer also needs to train himself or get trained.
