If you are looking for a comfortable roomy sedan that is a nice highway cruiser but also won't be plain Jane on the road, go with the E Class it may not be as good as the BMW in driving dynamics or as good as Lexus in reliability but it's nice range of powertrains should hold it over for a couple of more years as a decent choice in the midsize Luxury sedan class.
