Tropical Paradise 100% (World 7) in 11m 53s | WR | Poly Bridge Speedrun

Someone asked me for a speedrun of world 7 (Tropical Paradise), but i did it last since it's such a pain. The strategies are pretty difficult to memorize and are kind of convoluted. The latter half of the world (namely 7-9, 7-12, 7-13 and 7-14) has some RNG which you just have to deal with. This run is definitely not perfect (far from so!) since i did none of the "hell trio" levels first try, but will settle for that before I do the full game run. I also want to thank ‪@Icysnowman256‬ for most of the strat ideas here. Also thanks goes to permanentnono for finding a huge 7-6 optimisation.
