Polícia Civil conclui inquérito sobre assassinato de casal de idosos em BH

#RecordMinas The Civil Police of Minas Gerais (PCMG) concluded the investigation into the murder of the couple Cláudio Atala Inácio and Maria Clotilde Moreira Maciel Atala Inácio in the São Pedro neighborhood, in the central-south region of Belo Horizonte. The cleaning lady, identified as Paola Cirino, was indicted for two counts of robbery resulting in death. She was arrested three days after the crime, in a hotel in Itabira, approximately 110 km from the capital of Minas Gerais, while trying to leave the country with her son. During the investigation, the police discovered that the accused used chemical solvents to immobilize her victims. After her arrest, Paola confessed to the crime, but her defense requested a mental health examination, alleging that she had suffered a psychotic episode.
