When an incident takes systems down, a company loses sales and momentum, so most teams choose to keep operations running and accept the compliance risk that comes with it. Regulators do not see it that way, and the fines are real. Sumo Logic's answer at the show is availability on the AWS European Sovereign Cloud, which lets EU organizations keep their data in region, handled by EU staff, while still running the full platform for incident response. Peterson walks through what that actually unlocks. Moving data is still hard in 2026, and scale is harder, but AWS has solved both. Pair that with Sumo Logic incident management in region and a difficult either/or starts to look like a checklist a regulated buyer can complete. Genesys is already live as the first customer in the sovereign cloud, with payment processor OpenPay preparing to follow. Then there is the SOC itself. A full-featured SIEM plus Dojo AI, Sumo Logic's agentic approach, keeps a human in the loop while handing repetitive, proven work to an agent. Fix one server, confirm the fix, and let an agent patch the other 599 under oversight. A SOC Analyst Agent reaches general availability at Black Hat later this year. And on observability, Sumo Logic reads both structured and unstructured data without normalizing it first, which turns straight into speed.
