Avolites Triggering Cuelist Macros

Record macros to call a specific cuelist cue, and trigger the macro. As macros cannot be triggered as item you need to trigger it by hardware -- and it does not work to trigger macro buttons in v10. Thus, move the macros in a workspace window and trigger them there (by hardware).
