HERTHA BSC - DIE SPIELER HÖREN NICHT & HABEN KEINE GUTE INTUITION

Hertha BSC's last three coaches share the same problem. The players don't listen carefully to the coach when it comes to playing skillful football from the back to the front. Everything required for this is either ignored or not practiced satisfactorily. This has been causing major problems for the club for some time. If the players at least had good intuition, this could be compensated for. This, too, is a disgrace! A poor reflection on a club that actually wants to be promoted. The responsibility lies primarily with the players. As long as they aren't willing to rethink this or reflect on it in general, there will be no progress, regardless of who the coach is. When they come to training, I believe they don't want to hear heady instructions, at least that's been my impression over the past three years. This has been observed time and again. What the coach says is forgotten tomorrow. The question now arises as to why. Are the players overwhelmed? Maybe! Are the coach's instructions useless? No! Is the coach unable to convey his methods well enough? Hardly! Should the players first look for the blame in themselves? Yes! Do they have the strength and are they motivated enough? Doubt is justified here! What do you think, are the players allowed to shirk their responsibility time and time again? I'm slowly but surely getting angry. Ha Ho He
