In November 2021 I started to notice changes with my body. Instead of things getting better, they got worst. In February 2022, I was diagnosed with Polymyositis. It has changed my life fast. Now, I am hoping that things get better and that I am not like this forever. If so, i'lll adjust. I can be a bit scatterbrained at times but hopefully this video answers some of your questions.
