Alison Mackay's exhibition "Same same but different..." October 2021

The quality and nature of oil paint plays an active role in determining the directions and conclusions of Alison Mackay’s works. Whether they are abstract or more traditional still life, it’s the paint which is the focus - a commonality which pulls together these usually very separate modes of imagery.
