This is a Sims FreePlay house design for a modern luxurious Southern California-style skater pad! The fence and half-pipe come with the Sims FreePlay Pro Skater's Dream house template. Many furniture and decoration items are from the Sims FreePlay Spa Event which ran for a limited time in May 2016. This Sims FreePlay house, pool and patio area are built around the half-pipe which is not movable. There are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, open living/dining/kitchen, and home office all on one floor. There is also a basement with an exercise room, laundry room, bathroom and sauna.
