Which Music Nib is Best?!

Curious about music nibs? Figboot and I were, too. Since we have representatives from most of the modern music nibs, we pooled our resources, tested them, and ranked them. It wasn't easy. At all. The number I'm reading as a gold content number is actually the date code (as is pointed out in the comments below). The actual gold marking is that tiny set of numbers under the "Pilot" on the nib.
