#arquitecturaenbici : "Mejía, más que un balneario" - 3era Temporada
This third season of Architecture by Bike seeks to reinvent itself, innovate, and expand to another part of the country. It aims to broaden the program's horizons by offering something new that sets it apart from the first two seasons, filmed in Lima and coastal resorts. The goal is to convey the message of a Peru rich in history and architecture, and what better example than the southern department of Arequipa? We explore the famously renowned White City, with its numerous colonial-era buildings that have survived the test of time and countless earthquakes. We'll travel from the Colca Valley, with its indigenous communities, to the coast, visiting the traditional beach towns of Mejía and Mollendo in search of the architecture that shaped them.
