🎣 Trophy Nose & River Mussel on the Donetsk! At this spot on the Donetsk, two trophies were caught within just a few minutes – a trophy nose and a trophy river mussel. This spot was created by Totally Mad Gaming and has proven to be excellent for the anniversary challenges and the Tier 3 Premium Challenge. Various baits and hook sizes were tested: • Algae • Bark Beetle Larva • Compost Worm • Caddisfly Larva Hook Sizes Used: • Size 10 Hook • Size 8 Hook • Size 6 Hook The trophy nose was caught on a size 8 hook. Interestingly, the nose took the bait in broad daylight. River mussels were also caught regularly and are perfect for use in high-quality baits. Additionally, there were other catches, such as bream, and indications that smaller hook sizes, e.g., a size 20 hook with a compost worm, could also be effective at night for smaller fish species like the Don ruffe.
