Squidward Tentacles - Solitude in E Minor
“Solitude in E Minor” for solo clarinet is a composition by Squidward Tentacles, who is an employee at the fast food restaurant Krusty Krab by day, and an artist by night. The piece is rather brief, lasting around one minute in total. Unlike Squidward Tentacles’s overall performance style, the composition is tonal and generally eschews the usual inadvertent extended techniques. “Solitude in E Minor” received its world premiere at the composer’s own home when he performed it to a crowd consisting of one man, which would be his neighbor Patrick Star. Although Star fell asleep two notes in (to Tentacles’s chagrin), the composer gladly tolerated his neighbor’s boorish habits due to Star having earlier saved Tentacles’s life by preventing Tentacles from choking to death on his own fork while eating. Performer: Kaira Hammerstrøm on clarinet Note: This channel does not own the score or audio, and they are used for non-commercial purposes.
