Assembly of Bamboobee BIY Bike Kit

This video shows most of the processes during assembly of the BIY Bike Kit. From receiving the BIY Bike Bike and fast forward of the setting of the jig, the bamboo tubes and the soaking of the hemp fibre. Please take note that this is not the full representation of the BIY Bike Kit. The normal process will last 3 days: 1st Day: Setting up of the Jig and tubes 2nd Day: Soaking the hemp fibre with epoxy and waiting it to dry 3rd Day: Filing and grinding away the rough edges due by drying of epoxy. This is subjective as some people will spend more time to refine the edges/ joints to make the frame as beautiful. After all these, you will fix the frame with the bicycle's parts that you have. This product is in honour of all the people out that that wants to build something in their backyard. You will either Love or Hate it.
