ROCKY CATALAN TRAILS: IMMERSIVE 4K MOUNTAIN RUN (VIRTUAL TREADMILL WORKOUT)

Autumn is upon us, but the days are still long enough to run afterwork. Join me as I set off high in the Catalan mountains. This immersive POV trail run is filmed in 4K using a hand held GoPro camera which gives it a unique first person experience. The run begins with a short climb and then descends behind the mountains of Castelldefels towards Begues. From there its plenty of climbs and descends until we reach the iconic mountain views of Aguelles. Running along the highest mountain with the Mediterranean sea on the horizon I begin the final climb to La Morella. This is another iconic place to visit and a good option to hike with the family, because there is a road only a couple of kilometers away. The Garraf Massif mountain range really does offer some amazing routes and places to explore, have a look at my other videos as there are plenty of interesting trails to discover.
