Cuyahoga Falls hosts final high school football game at historic Clifford Stadium

Friday was a night of lasts in Cuyahoga Falls. The last popcorn to be sold at this concession stand. The last crowd in the bleachers. The last entry of the band onto the 85-year-old football field. The last homecoming court. Also, the last national anthem to be played here. Friday marked Clifford Stadium's last hurrah. "It's very sad. It's a lot of memories," said Judy Ray. "Crying when the football team comes out." This game, the "Battle for the Bell" against Barberton, is a rivalry that goes back decades.
