✖️’15 CB500F - Part Four - Modern Cafe Racer✖️

PART FOUR – ’15 Honda CB500F – Modern Café Finally, after some while, I was able to finish the video of the front fairing! Due to lots of customers work, I’m not often working on the CB500. But the result isn’t less satisfying. Like always, began with making the wireframe which can be seen in “Part two”. Made some templates on top of the wireframe to lay down on the Aluminum sheet. Made the front fairing out of two halves that are welded together. The top edge was rolled so it has a nice and rigid profile. When all the parts were welded together, the fairing was trimmed so it followed the lines of the tank perfectly. Thank you for watching, we hope you've enjoyed it. Keep on building!
