Mouse Models to Study Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathies - Dr. Gaia Colasante | UGDH
Dr. Gaia Colasante is actively working on the first knock-in mouse model for Jamuar syndrome. In this presentation, Dr. Colasante gives us some exciting updates and preliminary data on this project as well as an overview of generating a mouse model for Dravet syndrome, another very severe DEE, with specific interest in informing gene therapy studies.
